APRIL 23, 2007 MARCH ON THE CAPITOL: National Crime Victims Rights Week
Sacramento California was again filled with Crime Victims Rights Groups as Crime Victims United marked the beginning of National Victims Rights Week on Monday, April 27, 2007. Steve Ipsen gathered along with Victim's Rights Leaders like Coleen Campbell of Memories of Victims Everywhere ( M.O.V.E), Marc Lunsford
of the Jessica Marie Lunsford Foundation (Jessica's Law) , Lawanda Hawkins of Justice for Murdered Children (JFMC), and Justice for Homicide Victims (JHV) in 
order to make sure Sacramento politicians hear the 
voice of crime victims.
